RETURNS POLICY 

All orders can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Products must not have been Worn or Damaged

Hair extensions are hygiene sensitive products. If the products have been used and worn they will not be able to be exchanged or refunded. The original product packaging also needs to be in tact, returned and not damaged.

  • Product can only be returned if what you received is not what you ordered or is damaged when you receive it.

Every care is taken in ensuring that you product is delivered to, matching what you ordered and ensuring that it meets our quality check. If the product is damaged on arrival please take a photo to send to us.

We will arrange couriers to collect the items from you so that the process is quick and hassle free!

If you chose to do an exchange your new order will be delivered as soon as we receive your returned order.

If you chose a refund then as soon as we have received the returned order we will do a refund into your account via EFT or if you paid via Payfast we will simply do a refund via Payfast.
